            Here we have some tricks to loose your weight not so much fast but effectively. For weight loosing program it is necessary to keep calm and patience. Most of the people fails to cut there unwanted fats because of impatience.  

    

Diet For Weight Loss

 

>Eat a high-protein breakfast.
>Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
>Drink water a half hour before meals. 
>Choose weight loss-friendly foods.
>Eat soluble fiber. 
>Drink coffee or tea.
>Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
>Eat your food slowly.

 

1. High amount of protein less amount carbs and fats  

       one should take high amount of proteins in daily diet but much less amount of carbs and fats,oil. This makes you hungry and unsatisfied but gives you good results.

  • Meat: chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
  • Fish and Seafood: Salmon, trout, shrimp, etc.
  • Eggs: Only White part .
  • Sprouts. 


2. Cut back On Sugar and Starch 

The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs).

When you do that, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories.

Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.

Another benefit of cutting carbs is that it lowers insulin level, causing your kidneys to shed 

excess sodium and water out of your body. This reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight.

> Broccoli 

> Cauliflower

 > Spinach

 > Tomatoes

 > Brussels sprouts

 > Cabbage

 > Lettuce etc

 

Counting Calories 

        count your daily requirement of calories. you can use calculator  available on internet. Eat less calories than your requirement.

    1.Running 

    2.Cycling 

    3.Swimming

    4.Full body warm-ups

    5. Twice in day gym 

    6. weight training

     

          prefer light  weight training. Do maximum repetition .    

  Gym guys can prefer  

 every day morning cardio 30 min session
